I have invited friends, family and students along on my journey to IM St. George 70.3 on May 3, 2014! The next 20 weeks will be filled with highs and lows, training and suffering, and hopefully a few laughs along the way. Most of all, I want to embody the discipline and will it takes to both train for and complete an endurance event!

12.11.13 Figuring it out!
I have never kept a blog before so this is all new to me! I am going to spend the few days trying to figure out all the options and settings!
